Implement retries using Stamina #18

Lots of places we want to implement retries in different ways:

Captchas failures, where we want to fetch a new captcha, and retry. Already implemented
Retry API response failures, with exponential backoff.

Would be nicer to switch to https://github.com/hynek/stamina for both, and probably in a few more places.
