To move federal customers from Maximo 7.6 to MAS over the next few years, all areas of MAS must be fully compliant and tested, AVT 1/2/3

First phase is to resolve the low hanging fruit that we can pick up with scans.

We have a11y test as part of CI/CD pipeline. The first step to address these will be to write those test for the components listed. While the storybook scans are similar they are not identical and we need to know what the AVT1 scans will report.

Whoever picks up these issues can look to the Button component for example on how to implement the a11y scan test
