NextCloud synchronization fails silently with self-signed certificates

After typing host name and clicking “CONNECT” nothing happens.

In the console only this message is displayed

Expected behaviour:
Cardio shows the certificate information and asks the user if the connection should be cancelled, accepted once, accepted permanently (or just cancelled/accepted) and follow the user's choice.

Ok, it's something Tauri API can't do right now, some people are doing a workaround using reqwest.
