Spring security choking the layout at times

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. some times, the styles are not working and when we enable tamper data, we  
found that spring security urls are  not coming back to browser. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Layout is corrupted. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
spring mvc 3.2, windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Work around is disable spring security.
