Can ZWJ emojis (currently only 🧑‍💻) be replaced with non ZWJ emojis (ex. 🧑‍💻 -> 💻) in environments without or with low support for ZWJ emojis?

Can ZWJ sequences related to skin tone and gender (possibly hair color in the future) be used (ex. 👷 -> 👷🏼‍♀️ or 👷🏿‍♂️)?

These options can make gitmoji more inclusive or accessible (#981, #966), though they would require updating automated tools which .
