CC_FOR_TARGET is messy in https://github.com/carosio/meta-caros/blob/master/recipes-devtools/go/golang-cross.inc#L38
somehow it always ends up to be the host gcc instead of the cross-compiler for the target.
My naive attempt to fix it in af4ef74 didn't help also

The original source (meta-virtualizatio) switched to oe-meta-go:
http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/branch/master/layer/meta-go/

Maybe, we should the same (or one fo the forks, e.g. lifupan/oe-meta-go@d9baa31)
