How could the content be improved?

The Code of Conduct section says Use welcoming and inclusive language, could we add some guidance or links for people to read to help them understand:

  • What is inclusive language
  • How it applies to Carpentries workshops / meetings etc?

Maybe in the Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility section?
A quick search comes up with some nice collections of resources from UCL and Leeds Uni: UCL Inclusive Language Toolkit, Leeds Inclusive Language Guidance

Which part of the content does your suggestion apply to?
