Pull requests outstanding

Is this repo still maintained? There are outstanding pull requests from months ago that fix a number of open issues.

It seems better to use the fork at https://github.com/erwstout/share-button than to clone directly from Carrot.

I apologize for the lack of communication that the community and yourself has received. I regretfully must inform you and the community that this project is no longer being maintained. Shortly after this post is public you will see that the description has been updated with a note stating that this project is now unmaintained. Someday I'd like to imagine this project would become relevant to us and comeback to life. Once again I apologize for the lack of maintenance, communication and love towards this project and the community.

Until the revival of this project - live long and prosper.
