Integrate Lua to Just as built-in scripting extension

Lua is a straightforward, lightweight binding. It can enable Just to infinitely flexible string manipulation without implementing more and more built-ins.

Lua is a decent choice for embedded scripting language. I personally really dislike Lua, but that's more about my own preferences and one-based indexing 😅
