Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently DDA has a distinct foldable solar panel item. By implementing similar items, this will make 1-2 tile mini foldable vehicles more interesting.

Describe the solution you'd like

By either implement a new foldable solar panel item and corresponding vehicle part with possibly nerfed stats for balance, or just add foldable flag on existing solar panel(s).
