VoltageOS: VoltageOS is a specialised ROM designed to NOT run full google apps. If you expect to run "full gapps" here - please run another ROM. This isn't for you!
First Boot: The first boot after this upgrade may take a few minutes - this is VERY likely NOT stuck and just needs a little time to perform the app upgrades.
Sandboxed Gapps: As always if you want to use sandboxed play services install from here: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/Apps/releases
Mulch Webview: If you want to install the Mulch security-hardened webview you can see the download links here: https://divestos.org/pages/our_apps#mulch - I advise you to install and update it via F-Droid. It also needs to be installed on your "work profile" if you use that feature. You can then change the default Webview implementation under the developer options settings menu.
VoltageOS 3.1-20240131

- "Random reboots" on some devices (related to bluetooth issues)
- Improve FOD for Samsung devices
- Fix Xiaomi fingerprint issues
- Enable Galaxy S24 booting
- Misc bluetooth improvements
All of these changes are brought to you by the hard work of the TrebleDroid team - those folks are top notch! 👍

VoltageOS 3.1-20240130
No new GSI patches here - just a ROM update. :)
First Boot: During first boot give the device around 5mins to boot - it's very unlikely "stuck" - it's just performing app optimization in the background. Be patient and it will work - subsequent boots will be at normal speed. 👍

- Switch from time.android.com to pool.ntp.org (thanks to @LeOS-GSI for the suggestion)

VoltageOS 3.1-20240123
This is a fairly major release in terms of changes:
- A potential fix for Motorola devices bootlooping has been added
- Add support for adapting rounded corner padding via
persist.sys.phh.rounded_corners_padding
- Various improvements to SELinux policies which may resolve a whole set of strange issues (potentially including misc bootloops)
- Patched Treble app to remove "Securize" option since this could lead to a world of pain if used incorrectly
If previous releases didn't boot for you - give this one a try and report back (as a GitHub issue on on the AC GSI support channel.

VoltageOS 3.1-20240121-2
This release should fix the following:
- Fix bootloops on some older devices
- Fix various more modern MTK devices bootlooping
The downside is: it will likely break some Motorola phones from booting - oh what fun. :|

This should hopefully fix:
- Bootloops on BOTH Motorola and MTK devices (wooo - thanks @ponces for the suggestion)
- "texfat" formatted partitions should now be mounted as regular ExFAT partitions
