Expose -force parameter for running as root

Blacklight their docker files run on alpine linux, which only has a root user. The docker-compose now fails because the solr_wrapper refuses to continue as its being started as root.

The -force paremeter is not exposed in solr_wrapper meaning I am now at a loss.

I am in the progress of starting a small museum and really want to test different collection management systems with some ontological values.
