The tool always appends .csv to the filenames for the outputs, which messes around with the Galaxy version of the tool.

thank you for noticing this in the release 0.1.2. Does the new release 0.1.3 solve the problem?

I mark this as solved, as the tool now allows to choose the desired extension (e.g. .tsv), solved in PR #8
