integrate toggle for language switcher for FlatLab

Please help us to identify some way to indicate our mutli-lang capacity. The drop-down language toggle is non-ideal, because one must interface with it to see available languages. Better would be for different flags to appear in the corner as languages are added... for instance, with three flags showing next to one another with the current site (EN)(FR)(RU)
