Fullcrumadmin.exe marked as virus #203

Hi,

windows defender is now detecting fulcrumadmin.exe as Trojan:Win32/ScarletFlash.A and deletes it. This is for the lastest 64bit windows binary 1.9.2

Also, it is listed in virustotal.

That's because it uses PyInstaller and for some reason virus scanners hate PyInstaller. There is no virus there.
