ServerAliveIntervalとServerAliveCountMaxを見直す #2

デフォルトでは以下が設定されていない．
そのため，SSH接続のセッションが切れる場合がある．

  ServerAliveInterval 30
  ServerAliveCountMax 10

新たに以下の設定をいれたConfigを追加する．
