Use David's cfunits-python package (https://bitbucket.org/cfpython/cfunits-python) to interface to UNIDATA's Udunits-2 package rather than maintaining a second CTYPES interface.

All tests run by the tests.sh script pass. Additionally a release candidate 3.0.0-rc1 has been tested at CEDA. It has also been made available on PUMA and had a reasonable amount of testing.
