We have the following log when starting the orchestrator/relayer:

May 09 19:53:16 ip-172-31-46-58 qgb[434112]: 2023/05/09 19:53:16 failed to sufficiently increase receive buffer size (was: 208 kiB, wanted: 2048 kiB, got: 416 kiB). See https://github.com/quic-go/quic-go/wiki/UDP-Receive-Buffer-Size for details.

We should add documentation when running the orchestrator on how to increase that.

Also, it would be good to do this change in the docker image too.
