Currently there are only specs on TraceId, SpanId, TraceOptions and Tracestate. We should add more specs on other fields in Span, ideally all fields in https://github.com/census-instrumentation/opencensus-proto/blob/master/src/opencensus/proto/trace/v1/trace.proto.
