On new OS releases (Ubuntu, debian 10, ...) there's an issue with the HTTP Message Library that breaks the POST data.

Here the the github issue:
libwww-perl/HTTP-Message#69

  • Check if we can reproduce this in a Travis CI environment
  • Apply (tmp.) bug fix in our SDK or check if downgrading LWP::UserAgent is an option

I've checked this. Neither in Travis CI under Ubuntu 18.04 nor any CPAN test server pointed us on this issue. IMO a dependency issue of one of our internal servers. if the makefile.pl is correctly used, there shouldn't be such a problem.
