Compliance report inconsistencies

There are some inconsistencies with the file format compliance. Most of the time the articles aren’t marked as compliant although they are available in all 3 formats/ the amount of formats that are accepted (e.g.: 10.1155/2014/320287 (AHEP) / 10.1103/PhysRevC.97.044903 (PRC))
Sometimes the same amount of file formats is marked as compliant sometimes not (e.g.: 10.1088/1674-1137/ad7012 (2 formats marked compliant) vs. 10.1088/1674-1137/ace821 (both CPC))
