List of extraction of CrossRef data needed for the implementation of SCOAP3 phase 4

We will need to harvest some metadata from CrossRef by journals and by publication dates (based on SCOAP3 repository article sets, see: #379)

There is a CrossRef API.

The list of metadata we need is available in this table attached.
The result of this harvest should be a JSON file and a CSV file summarizing the presence of the different fields in the harvested records.
