Setup.py provides dead links to home page.

pypi link to homepage also redirected to https://certifi.io/en/latest/ that leads to newerland

Why don't set it to github?

By cloud owners (azure, e.t.c) each vm should contain file with links of licenses of all 3d party tools and libs. This is very problematic to fetch them especially when home links are dead.
