Problems with specialised items for Witch and Warper kits?

Problem
Some of my players have reported that the potion in the witch kit does nothing, and the enderpearl in the warper kit doesn't teleport when thrown, but the eye of ender works as intended. I'm running MC 1.21, and have Dupe Fixes Illegal Stack installed, however the world that the issue is being experienced on is on the blacklist for the plugin, so should be fine. Other custom enchangements are fine, and we've had these kits working in the past (ie. before updating to 1.21).

I'm just wondering (before I log a bug), if this has been experienced before, and if there's something I have overlooked?

Witch potion ability and warper ender pearls work fine on 1.21, I just tested them. This means this is some kind of local issue to your server.

I'd start by shutting down your server, and renaming the KitPvP plugin folder to KitPvP_old, to allow a fresh KitPvP folder to be generated. If the problem is resolved upon restarting, then something was wrong with your KitPvP configuration. If the issue persists, try removing as many plugins from your server as possible (temporarily), then restart, and see if the problem continues. If it does, come back here and we can go from there.
