Create protocol for posting and reviewing content

1. Asking if names of authors and agency's should be redacted first? (Ex. VA Insights Library and creating research report templates - a library would require reviewing of ALL assets)
2. Idea - first round of PII scrubbing would be on the agency. We would review as round 2
3. Places where we could have issues - compensation and incentives
4. Info we are mindful of: API keys, first and last names of author, participant names, date of birth, SS#, address, personal email, phone numbers, demographic information on individuals
5. Idea - have a 2-person review : Primary and secondary reviewers from our KM subcommittee
6. Review all items before they are uploaded

Note: Liz will be OOO for 3.5 weeks but she will email all documents to me (Jon) for review

• The week after the file deadline, we can review our own items and then have another person review our whole portfolio of items
