Hotkey for TOC

A hotkey to activate the TOC and move focus to it would be useful for keyboard users.

Ideally, it should remember where the user was in the document and move focus back if they hit the key again without first navigating elsewhere.

+1: I came here to make the same suggestion.

My thought was:

• Left/right toggles between Table of Contents and main reading pane (perhaps with a subtle outline that clearly shows the user which pane they're currently in)
• Up/down is contingent on pane selection, either going through ToC or scrolling in the main pane
