Migrate Sharing Sites to Wagtail Settings?

This package uses a custom SharingSite model to store sharing host/name combinations and associate them with Wagtail Sites. This duplicates to some extent the functionality provided by Wagtail Site-specific Settings. We could consider migrating to that framework if it reduces the amount of code here (for example).
