Remove start tab from $DATASET/settings config.
Add config key for start page in $DATASET/settings eg: startPage: index.html
If config key is absent show new tab page.
If present render the given docs file.
Add a start page to Samples_and Variants which is current start page contents with added ViewList components on the side.
