Add a way to batch delete agencies + auto merge them when importing from gtfs

Some gtfs have duplicated agency names and separate lines by mode with the same agency name. It should be possible to select multiple agencies and delete them in batch,

Or merge them automatically at gtfs import (with a checkbox to do this, like the merge services checkbox)

Can you point to a GTFS that does that ? So we have an example to work with
