Bless 0.x updated to 1.5.2 - was this intended?

I've run brew upgrade recently, which has put me on the 1.x version. I'm unable to get back to 0.x easily. I didn't see any documentation on upgrading from 0.x to 1.x, so figured this might have been a mistake?
