Missing info on Settings page

It might be somewhere else under Documentation.

Thanks for this! It does indeed seem to be an oversight, and there doesn't seem to be a duplicate issue in the https://github.com/chaostoolkit/chaostoolkit-documentation/issues where this issue should probably be migrated to.

So this issue is to fix the links from the Slack plugin page, and to look to make these steps more visible.
