It would be nice to add functionality for using scikit-learn through Chaquopy! This would also require NumPy and SciPy support, neither of which is currently compatible.

NumPy is now available (#14), but SciPy (#25) will not be so easy for the reasons mentioned in the above Kivy issue. We may still consider working on it if there's sufficient demand (or if someone offers to pay us to do it).

Work on scikit-learn is now in progress, and we plan to release it within the next month.

scikit-learn is now available for Chaquopy 2.1 and later.
