(v2) altscreen takes a second to kick in on startup in tmux

Describe the bug

Screen jumps around a bit on startup as a result:

Setup
Please complete the following information along with version numbers, if applicable.

• OS MacOS
• Shell zsh
• Terminal Emulator: repro'd in tmux on both macos terminal app and iterm2
• Terminal Multiplexer tmux

To Reproduce

• Clone robinovitch61/kl@41cc7ad
• Run go run . in a tmux session

This seems resolved on the latest v2 alpha, closing :)
