Sharing embeddable code for charts built on Chart.js

Curious if anything like this might be possible. We have a dashboard of charts, some built with chartjs some with pure html/css/js.

We have a share chart feature where we render the pure html/css/js charts to static markup and allow users to embed on their site. Obviously this works fine for those charts and not the ones built on chart.js.

Sending it in markup is a requirement, otherwise i would go with taking an image of the charts. Is there any way to accomplish this with Chart.js or is a refactor to pure html/css/js necessary?
