Adding Likert chart

Could you plan to implement a basic Likert Chart functionallity?

Likert chart is very similar to horizontally stacked chart, but the point is that the multiple likert charts are vertically aligned to a fixed point, most common they align to the neutral position. Or is there any existing workaround? thanks a lot
