The standard mirror for ISOs http://download.opensuse.org/distribution is unreliable in terms of speed and also seems to not serve up content header length correctly which means silly output as per below even if the ISO is already downloaded.

Proposing to switch it to http://suse.mobile-central.org/distribution which is what the builders use anyway until such time as there is a better mirror identified.
