Unable to install chef-workstation package on EL8 with FIPS enabled

Description

I'm unable to install the chef-workstation package on an EL8 system with FIPS enabled due to a digest mismatch error. Below is the error I get when trying to install the latest EL8 chef-workstation package. Seems to be a similar issue to chef/chef#11790

Hi folks, wanted to bump this thread.

This error still exists when trying to install the workstation rpm on EL9.

It seems like it ought to be as straightforward as changing the value defined for this macro (
