User resource should use Filtertable

Description

The current user resource only allows simple requests on Windows:

describe user("Administrator") do
  it { should exist }
  its('uid') { should eq 'yoursid' }
end

Possible Solutions

The resource should support FilterTable as the passwd or port resource?

describe users.where {  username =~ /.*/} .where { uid =~ /^S-1-5-[0-9-]+-501$/ } do
  it { should exist? }
end
