Cannot get it to work with Xcode 10.2.1 and AR Foundation 2 #4

Thank you for the amazing tutorial but I am getting several errors when I try to build with Xcode 10.2.1 It asked me to change the swift version (I changed it to 4), now it says:

Use of unresolved identifier: 'UnitySendMessage'
and
Use of unresolved identifier: 'HandModel'

What can be wrong?
