FAIL: LoadLibrary failed with error 126

The API launches, but when testing the default workflow with the girl and the panda t-shirt, I get the following error with the server and a crash:

This is on a fresh ComfyUI portable install on a system with a 4080 RTX. Not sure about the spacing of the error message, that is what is displayed.
