I made comparison, the female models are both generated by Flux but one works well but the other is not.
Can someone explain it why does this happen?
And is there a fix to this?

MAX_MEGAPIXELS is not the issue.

I am having the same issue but I think it may be to do with the "LayerMask" custom nodes. I tried with the exact settings/nodes/images from the example workflow and it worked fine. Then I tried a different segmenter (B2 Clothes Ultra) and got the issues you're having.
Then I tried manually masking and no issues. So, yeah my conclusion is there is something wrong with either the LayerMask node itself, or the model it uses to segment is somehow interfering with CatVTON.

I would just go with manual masking, I know it is a bit of a pain, but if you are trying to change the clothes on an image with a different shape (my 3rd image was wearing just a swimsuit) then you can match the reference garment better.
