Ability to set temporary password for member

Problem

Sometimes users have trouble resetting their password via the email confirmation for various reasons.

Solution

It would be helpful if admins/staff had the ability to reset a members password to a temporary one to give another option besides an emailed reset link.

If we automate this I think we could probably generate a random password instead of asking staff to input the temporary one.
