Congratulations an thank's for the new code. Loaded the 3.0 code to my two wall-E's one with Rpi 4/v2 camera and the other with Rp5 and it was working without any problem.
For my purpose i had to change the picamera streamer to 800x600 size and exposure 1 for the Rp4 and 0 for the Rp5
