{$__cakeForeignKey__$} is not implemented

Hello,

{$__cakeForeignKey__$} is not implemented in EagerLoader.
I use it in my custom finderQuery as said here.

If I don't use the EagerLoader, it will work thanks to this function.
If I use EagerLoader, it won't replace it with correct association key (EagerLoader.php -> mergeExternalExternal).
