When creating a package clones from a git repository from a deep link, open the package editing page in a new window #41

At the moment, it opens the editing page in the deep link tab, so there's no way of getting back to the deep link flow.

It should work like the zip upload flow, where the deep link window shows a waiting message until the package is built.
