Sort by Week Number

When I sort by year, the week numbers go in numerical order alternating Buried and Plague rows. However by week number there is no clear ordering. The Count, Count Type, and Year columns are not alphabetical or numerical. I'd expect it to behave similar to year where the first week of each year appears in chronological order. Example with Andrew Wardrobe sorted by week below.

Since we've moved over to server-side for the data, sorting is currently disabled until we have a chance to re-implement that in Postgres + Apiary.
