how to cite
codebook (model after NHGIS) -- put on website. Note that NA is a NULL value.

Include in a .txt file as well with the data.

Approaching the work, starting with the denominations table:

@hepplerj: data page and export script
@lmullen: work with KJ on DOI, title, authors, codebook (any .txt information)
