Add context menu for pushing nupkg files

Expected Behavior

Add a context menu to the explorer menu to allow users to select a directory containing nupkg files, or to select a directory containing nupkg files.

Current Behavior

No context menu available.

Possible Solution

This context menu should then give the ability to run the push command on the directory/file.

Context

Just a nice feature to have.
