Is there any workaround to disable ctrl+Q without addons? Like with about:config ?

Viable alternative: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/disable-ctrl-q-and-cmd-q/

That alternative does not work on Firefox for Linux, though. As far as I can tell, there is currently no way to write an extension that changes the behavior of Ctrl-Q in Linux (due to this Firefox bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1325692).
