USER STORY: Display my social icons

User Story:

As a Site owner, I would like to display my social icons so that I can promote my other channels

Ideas:

• Display in the navbar or footer of the website

Acceptance Criteria:

• The social icons should be easily viewable from the homepage
• The user should recognize when they are hovering over an icon from the CSS hover effect
• By clicking on an icon, it should bring the user to the desired page in a new browser tab
• Social icons are displayed on every page
• All social icons have aria-labels
